As a longstanding National Seniors member, I thought it important to write and let you know of our satisfaction with the recent job done by Mick Pelchen of Car Search in Melbourne.
Over 3 weeks Mick searched diligently for a car that best fitted the specifications we had given Mick. As it turned out this was no easy task but, at the end of the day, we have a car that more than meets our expectations.

My requirements were pretty simple I wanted to buy my dream car (which was an M3) in as new condition for the best price possible. Within 1 week Simon had used his relationship with wholesalers all over Australia and had found me a car. The following week I flew to Melbourne and made contact with the Car search brokers office. They took me out to the show room where the car was being held. I test drove the car, like a little boy in a candy store. I had a chat with Simon over a coffee and flew back to Brisbane the next day…
3 Days later the car was in Brisbane beautifully detailed, Queensland registered, financed at a fantastic rate, thanks to Simon, and in my hands.
This is an industry where it is a known fact that people frequently get ripped off because of bad choices or lack of information. At no stage did I feel that this was going to happen. The personalised service I received was awesome.

When I contacted Car Search Brokers Australia to purchase a replacement vehicle I did not know what to expect... After explaining my mobility issues I have and that it would be extremely difficult for me to search for a vehicle, everything was placed in the hands of Mick Pelchen.
Within a day or so Mick contacted me requesting information on what the make and model and price range of the vehicle was I intended to purchase.
Within two weeks Mick travelled to several wholesalers to locate the car I was looking for and kept me informed every step of the way.
Even though I had only seen the vehicle via Carsales.com, Mick went to the place advertising the car to check it out. He rang and informed me the vehicle was well maintained but needed a few things looked over before I could take delivery of it.
The vehicle was delivered to my home which was a great assistance to me. My first preferences for my vehicle were very specific, hence the longer time taken to find me a car. Mick was very helpful in his advice to spend a bit more and go for a later model Corolla and the one he found for us had extremely low kilometers. Having just had a baby, Mick drove the vehicle to our house for inspection and didn't hurry us in checking it over which was very convenient for us.
